We’ve been around for a couple of years now. We work for the neighbourhood and get what we give. It’s always been a bit of a bother that the second the clock struck midnight, there was nowhere to go in Letná. We had to compromise. Ride to the city centre, party, get back in the morning. And then Cobra appeared. A nasty non-stop gaming club close to the square. Funky smell, crazy carpet, gambling machines and good vibes.
And we grabbed the opportunity. Changed it. Erased some letters. Used a lot of black. Reshaped our own worlds. The way we like it when there’s suddenly too much assurance around. Now, we’re still working on it. No pearls of wisdom, loads of fuck-ups and emotional rollercoasters, new people, morning til (almost) morning. We love it. And want you to feel the same.

Bartender & barista
Do you enjoy the bar life, the work and like the people around? We’re looking for team-workers, fast learners and generally waiters who get to be almost friends with the guest in a couple of minutes. Experience appreciated, but it’s not essential. You don’t have to throw shakers around like Tom Cruise, the important thing is to have an outlook and take into the work. And love it. Much as we do, even though it can get pretty messy at night.
We’re looking for an eager cook with experience for part-time or full-time job
You’ll find pretty much everything on our menu, from Czech dumplings to Asian whatnots. We have a fully equipped professional kitchen and awesome helpers close by. Infusions, fermentations, sous-vide, all the fancy stuff. We’re open to all ideas, the menu is mostly about teamwork and mutual inspiration. The seasonal breakfast and dinner menus are set, the lunch menu changes daily. The kitchen runs all day in a two-shift mode. We’re a young (and small) collective, what brings us together is a passion for the job.
